Our Story
Creator’s Circle International LLC was founded in 2020 as a Corporate Training & Consulting & Events Management company. We specialize in management and soft skills training and human capital development. In addition to extensive industrial experience in human resource management, our faculty includes a pool of experts who specialize in specific areas that serve organizations from a variety of industries. We collaborate with businesses as a smart partnership to provide hands-on solutions to day-to-day business challenges by developing their human capital through Training & Development – all with the assistance and guidance of our multifaceted organization. We hope to provide services that meet your required standards as well as your desired results as a result of our experience.

OUR Leadership
Mr. Abhay Joshi
Founder, Director and Chief Mentor at Creator’s Circle International LLC specializing in training and development and events management. Abhay has over 27 years of professional experience in the areas of Human Resource Operations in the Corporate Sector, Corporate Trainings & Teaching in Higher Education (BBA/MBA Level) in Oman. After working for 17 years in the Corporate Sector in various positions in India and Oman,(Primarily with Escorts Limited in India and Khimji Ramdas in Oman) he has taught several full-time courses in Majan College for 10 years- a fully accredited college of the University of Bedfordshire (UK). One of his unique achievements during his teaching career is of his taking classes for the MBA International course on “Spiral Dynamics” jointly with renowned Professor John Grisby of the University of Bedfordshire (UK). Trained at Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA in Cross Cultural Training & Management, Abhay Joshi brings together a unique mix of practical, training and teaching experience. In the corporate sector including corporate training in India & Oman as we as teaching in higher education.
Mrs. Manisha Joshi
An MBA graduate from Symbiosis, Pune, India, and an ILM, UK Certified “Train the Trainer”. A marketing Professional by Qualification and an Event Planner by Passion. Having worked in the Corporate Education Sector for over 14 years in Training and Marketing. Her excellent communication skills along with an ability to be a good listener has helped her to plan, design and execute the events thoughtfully to make memories for her clients to cherish for lifetime. A multi-tasker throughout her professional journey wherein she has been part of designing, advertising, forecasting and doing market analysis for many programs and ventures has given her an edge to execute her events diligently. Her energetic persona adds the much-needed energy to her events. Currently establishing her Event Management Company “Creator’s Events” as a landmark in its field, making it the most renowned company in Oman where she strives at creating thoughts into reality.
Mr. Vivek C. Pande
An engineering graduate from IIT Kanpur and MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. Over 40 years of multi- functional experience in Marketing Training, TQM, Production and Project Management out of which last 24 years as CEO. Decade and a half in Oman as CEO Lifestyle Group Khimji’s. Hence, very well versed with Oman’s diversity, ethos and culture. Presently Professor of Eminence at the prestigious IMI (International Management Institute) Consultant with Organizations like SMS India (a 100% German subsidiary), Moglix (a Startup Unicorn), Avada Energy (wind and solar power plants), Mridul Industries (India’s top Home Furnishing Exporter) etc. Exposure in diverse organizations like Tata, Escorts, Onida, Benetton and Khimji’s.
